San Diego's Go-To Stage Rental Company
Looking for a stage rental in San Diego that makes the logistics easy? You found us.

San Diego Stage Rentals exclusivly uses MyStage portable stages. They are light and easy to set up on your own or we can set them up for you for a fee. Each 4'x4' MyStage folds in half to 2'x4' so they are easy to carry transport and set up. They use angled legs so each deck is very stable and strong (3400lbs)
They are fast and easy to connect, and you can add railings and skirts.

We are based in San Marcos, CA, and we serve the entire county. You can pick up your stage at no extra charge, or we can deliver, set up, and break everything down for you. Either way, you get a stage that looks clean and feels safe underfoot.
We specialize in smaller portable staging so you never get pushed into oversized gear you don't need. No upsells. No confusion. Just the right-sized stage for your crowd, your venue, and your budget.
Here's what sets us apart:
We're local. Based in San Marcos, we regularly deliver to venues across San Diego County — National City, Santee, Escondido, Oceanside, Vista, La Mesa, Poway, Encinitas, and everywhere in between.
We use MyStage modular decks. Each 4'x4' deck folds to 2'x4' for easy transport through tight hallways, school corridors, and park load-in paths. Decks connect on all four sides so we can build nearly any size or shape.
The stages are genuinely stable. Each deck is rated up to 3,400 lbs and uses an angled-leg design with a center support leg. Adjustable legs handle uneven surfaces including grass, carpet, and slightly sloped floors.
Setup is fast. Whether you're running a morning corporate event in Mission Valley or an afternoon ceremony at Embarcadero Marina Park, we work around your schedule and your venue's access rules.

We build stages for everything from a quick podium moment to a full band or graduation setup.

San Diego Stage Rental was built around one idea: stage rental should be the easy part of planning your event.
We exclusively use MyStage portable stage systems because they are light, modular, and genuinely stable. Each 4'x4' MyStage deck folds in half to 2'x4', making it easy to move through tight load-in paths, school hallways, and park entrances. The adjustable angled legs handle uneven ground, and each deck is rated to 3,400 lbs — so whether you have a solo speaker or a full choir on stage, you can trust the structure underfoot.
We're based in San Marcos and have delivered to parks, schools, churches, breweries, wedding venues, and event spaces across San Diego County. If you can tell us where your event is and what's going on stage, we can make the rest simple.
